Subscription models beyond unlimited
Unlimited is one way to build a car wash plan, not the only one. The plan shapes operators can offer now - allowances, credit, minutes - and what each one caps.
Turn one-time washers into loyal monthly members. Built for self-serve bays, in-bay automatics, and tunnels — no expensive teller equipment, no hardware lock-in.
Three steps from a one-time washer to a paying member.
Online or onsite. Pick a wash tier, enter payment details, and the member's vehicle is linked to their plan instantly.
The system charges members monthly on their renewal date. Failed payments retry automatically and notifications go out before a card expires.
Customers redeem whatever their plan allows at any of your locations tunnel, IBA, or self-serve using the app, a card, or a windshield tag. You see usage in real time.
Most membership platforms were built for tunnels and bolted on the rest as an afterthought. This one adapts to each wash type.
Finally, a membership program that works without ripping out your timer. Members get a monthly allowance you define minutes, a number of washes, spendable wash credit, or unlimited access. You decide which one fits your bays.
Customers pull up, the system recognizes their plan, and the wash starts. No fumbling for a code, no scanning a card at the kiosk.
Pairs with car wash membership software for staffed tunnels and multi-site operators. Sell unlimited plans, capped monthly plans, season passes, or fleet accounts and track every redemption.
A plan is just a rule about what a member is entitled to each month. You choose the rule.
Wash as often as they like, one vehicle per plan. The familiar shape, and still the right one when your peak has headroom.
Unlimited with a rate limit — one wash a day, every day. Most members never notice the ceiling.
A set number of washes each month — five, say, about one a week — that resets on the renewal date rather than accumulating.
You pick both numbers: spend $35, get $45 of wash time. The balance resets each billing period instead of carrying over, and it spends across bays, vacuums, and vending.
A time allowance at self-serve bays, redeemed through the timer you already have.
30, 60, 90 or 180 days paid up front, or a custom term — useful through salt season and for snowbird customers.
Multiple vehicles on one account, or a pooled balance the fleet manager tops up and his drivers draw from.
Plans can be mixed on one site, and you can change the rule without changing your equipment. Tell us how your wash is priced and we'll tell you which shapes are workable on it.
Quick answers to what operators ask before getting started.
Yes - that's one of the reasons this system exists. Many membership platforms are built tunnel-first. Self-serve operators can offer monthly time packages, a monthly credit package spendable across bays and vacuums, vacuum credits, or full unlimited access without replacing the equipment.
Failed payments trigger automatic retries on a schedule you control. Members get email or SMS notifications. If a card expires, they're prompted to update before the renewal date so the membership doesn't lapse.
Yes. Self-service cancellation is built in - you set the policy (immediate, end of period, etc.). Reducing the friction to cancel actually reduces chargebacks; customers who can't easily cancel often dispute the charge instead.
Yes. Multi-site is built in. Members can wash at any of your locations and you get unified reporting across the whole operation.
The two work great together but no - you can run a membership program and keep your existing payment hardware. The Coin Pay car wash mobile payment app adds the option of contactless mobile payments on top.
Planning an unattended payment upgrade? WashEntry Flex is a complete car wash payment terminal solution. Its custom app integration lets signed-in members scan a temporary QR code on the terminal screen with their phone to redeem an eligible wash when the site is ready.
